VanPrint is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the Client. The Client is soley responsible for errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the Client or artwork created by VanPrint. Read your proofs carefully!
 
Printing is a product that is unique to each Client and cannot be reused. For this reason, once an order is placed and print production has begun, the billable amount will be payable in full.
 
Our Graphic Design services are provided by fully qualified artists and are offered at hourly rates, which are payable regardless of final outcome. We will strive to create design work that you love. However, should we be unable to meet your design needs, design needs, once we have begun your artwork, you are committed to pay all billable hours even if you choose to discontinue the work or cancel your printing.
 
If there is a production error in the printing or finishing process that has not orginated from the original or approved artwork, but is rather a result of production, VanPrint will work diligently to correct the error at no additional cost to the Client.

Prices on the VanPrint website and publicity are subject to change without notice.

Standard prices on the website and in our publicity are based on print-ready artwork supplied by the Client. If VanPrint needs to rework your files, there will be additional file handling charges. You can refer to our FAQs  to read tips on preparing your artwork files. And if you are unsure about anything, please give us a call and we’ll try to help.

Quotes that we provide for your printing and/or design job will be good and honoured for up to 30 days from the time they are written. All design work will be estimated to the best of our ability. However, if there are continuous revisions initiated by the Client, we may have to bill beyond the original estimate. In this case, the Client will be informed of any additional hours (beyond original quote) prior to the commencement of said work.

PROJECT COMPLETION & SHIPPING
We will make every effort to correctly estimate the completion date and/or time of your project. However, VanPrint will not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from completing the job later than expected.
